If your child/children will be attending the July 17th Color Chalk War, we will be providing T-shirts. Please let us know each child who will need a shirt and their size. We will have to order in advance, so please be sure to fill this portion out as soon as possible.

If your child will be attending the July 24th Laser Tag event, please fill out the waiver attached. Then you will be able to click the waiver and fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you to the event or email it back to me, and this will save a lot of time and have us more organized. However, we will have some on hand the day of the event just in case. The youngest age limit is 8, but the instructor is willing to work with younger ages if they can pass a simple test with him of handling the equipment and have a guardian with them.

Waiver for Laser Tag

Description

Join us this summer for some fun-packed Wednesday nights for the whole family! Families with kids ages preschool-8th grade are welcome, and nursery care is available for little ones if you would like. These events are FREE!

We will start the food portion of the evening at 5:30 p.m. with a catered dinner eaten together as a family. Family fellowship time will follow as we come together for worship and a little devotion/sermon age appropriate for the children upstairs in our Sanctuary. Then we will move to our "fun" event time where families will participate in that evening's activity!
